In early March, working meetings were held at aviation departments to prepare for the upcoming fire hazardous season. During the meeting, the following topical issues were discussed:

Dates of beginning of clearing of the office building and other premises from snow;
The timing of the start of the depreservation of the aviation department;
Dates of the beginning of inspection and preparation of fire extinguishing equipment, communications and camp property;
Timing of the start of personnel preparation for the delivery of standards for physical training and training in the practice of forest fire extinguishing exercises with the deployment of fire extinguishing equipment;
The timing of the start of training of personnel for passing exams in special disciplines.

It is worth noting that the complex of preparatory measures being carried out, the availability, state of readiness of all forces and means involved in the detection and extinguishing of forest fires creates the necessary conditions for the high-quality fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the enterprise, namely, it allows timely detection and elimination of fires, as well as prevent the transition to large, threatening state forest fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On March 11, 2024, employees of environmental and forest institutions of the Karaganda and Ulytau regions took training courses in Astana on the basis of the training center of the M.Gabdullin Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the first day of training, the students of the courses were told аbout:

1. Classification of forest fires, conditions of occurrence and development of forest fires;

2. General concepts of fire prevention in forests. Fire barriers classifications. Creating protective fire bands by controlled annealing. Regulation of the work of forest fire services. Determining the location of a forest fire using navigation instruments and a forest plantation plan;

3. Communication system organizations. Types and means of communication. Principles of VHF radio stations operation. Tactical and technical characteristics of radio stations used in forestry. Procedure for collection, processing, transfer and storage of information. Types of operational information. Radio Exchange Rules;

4. Fire investigation and preparation of initial, main and situational plans for fire extinguishing. Classifications of tactical methods and techniques of fire extinguishing. The main technical methods of extinguishing forest fires.

On March 11, 2024, employees of environmental and forest institutions of Akmola, Kostanay and North Kazakhstan regions underwent training courses in Kokshetau on the basis of the training center of the M. Gulullin Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the first day of training, the students of the courses were told аbout:

1. Classification of forest fires, conditions of occurrence and development of forest fires;

2. General concepts of fire prevention in forests. Classification of fire barriers. Cleaning of felling areas and cleaning of out-of-section debris. Arrangement of forest roads. Create protective fire bands by controlled annealing. Arrangement of fire water bodies. Arrangement of a network of fire stations, towers, masts, early detection systems;

3. Regulation of the work of forest fire services. Determining the location of a forest fire using navigation instruments and a forest plantation plan. Objective monitoring devices, their operation procedure;

4. Communication system organization. Types and means of communication. Principle of operation of VHF radio stations. Tactical and technical characteristics of radio stations used in forestry.

Gullin Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the first day of training, the students of the courses were told аbout:

1. Classification of forest fires, conditions of occurrence and development of forest fires;

2. General concepts of fire prevention in forests. Fire barriers classifications. Creating protective fire bands by controlled annealing. Regulation of the work of forest fire services. Determining the location of a forest fire using navigation instruments and a forest plantation plan;

Despite the fact that huge snowdrifts still lie in the forest and forest fires are still far away, preparations for the fire hazardous season are in full swing in the Kazavialesoohrana RGKP in order to meet it in full combat readiness. In preparation for the fire hazardous season, all necessary preparatory work is carried out on:

- Conclusion of the Agreement for 2024 with the authorized body;
- Preparation of public procurement plan, as well as draft technical specifications;
- Conducting electronic public procurement;
- Conclusion of contracts with airlines;
- Confirmation of employees of the air and fire service and medical examination;
- Preparation for operation of fire extinguishing, transport and communication equipment, landing equipment and field equipment, etc.
Everything possible is being done in order to put aircraft in place in a timely manner in the context of the economic crisis.
An important place in preparation for the fire hazardous season is occupied by timely public procurement.
