May 11, 2019 fire was discovered
On May 11, 2019, a large forest fire occurred on the territory of the Naurzumsk forestry, the Naurzum GPP. The forces and means of the Kostanay Aviation Branch, Naurzum GPP, Emergency Situations Emergency Department of the Naurzum District, akimat of the Naurzum District were thrown into the fight against fire elements. Currently, measures are being taken to localize and eliminate fire. In total, 87 people and 29 pieces of equipment are involved in extinguishing the fire. Approximate fire area 150 ha.
