May 11, 2019 a steppe fire from the Russian Federation crossed the territory of Kazakhstan
On May 11, 2019 a steppe fire from the border areas of the Russian Federation crossed the territory of the 1st quarter of the Aulsky forestry, Borodulikha branch, SEMR "Semey Orman”. The forces and means of the Borodulikha aviation department and the above-ground forest protection were thrown into the fight against the fire element. In the localization of the fire were involved: a helicopter, an observer pilot and 2 people of the aviation fire service of the State Enterprise "Kazavialesookhrana", 41 people of ground fire fighting services, 14 pieces of equipment. The fire was located on an area of 4.21 hectares. Work is underway to eliminate and extinguish the fire.
