On April 14, 2019, the Bayanaul Aviation Division completed maintenance of a large steppe fire that occurred the day before in the Karaganda region on the border with the Dolbinsky forest area, Bayanaul State National Natural Park. As a result of a two-day joint work with the terrestrial forest protection of the Bayanaul State National Natural Park, the transition of the steppe fire to the territory of the state forest fund was prevented.
